Lawrence narrowly escaped beheading by the Japanese enemy in World War II, as the Lieutenant lead operation Starfish behind enemy lines to Indonesia, the island opposite Bali now a very famous tourist location. Lombok island was where Black and the commander landed, two of the commandos were caught because they were wounded and could not escape. Today’s Australian special forces commandos soldiers cannot be Australian legends because fleeing uncompleted work they started. Australian legends do not leave their allies Afghans at the mercy of Taliban and Allah. As Afghan cities are taken back at lightning speed like a domino affect, Australian special forces Afghans that work for them, best mates allies brothers in arms have been left abandoned like a unwanted puppy dog that grew too big and expensive to feed. Mates left to the mercy of Afghans that will deem them traitors and terrorists and most likely waterboard them before being executed. Afghan fighters have taken more than 25% of the country’s capitals in less than a week, and all the prisoners have been released to join the fighters.

Afghanistan now is in turmoil so whatever happened to Australian legends as thousands of Afghans are fleeing captured cities, bodies left in the streets, Afghans seize eight provincial capitals, it’s just like another Vietnam. Not much different Afghanistan boys will be conscripted into the army to fight wars just like some 18-year-old young Australian guys were forced into war in Vietnam, or go to prison in Australia if refuse sent to a country a long way from Australia that was fighting for independence from Western colonisers. Vietnamese civil war much bigger war than Afghanistan maybe even a cold war like the North Korean war.

Will Australia ever learn to keep its nose out of other countries business affairs. Western countries tax payers work too hard to fund and pay so many funeral charges of their own past conscripts and now their professional career soldiers. When home some Australian special forces go on war pensions with all sorts of psychological problems. Thanks to private businesses and tax payers funding professional career soldiers with early retirement and covering medical expenses for the rest of their life. Americans have learnt from history close their embassy in Afghanistan and get out of the country before another 1979 Vietnam war disaster could easily happen to them and like in Iran.

Should families of victims in Afghanistan from Australian special forces war crime allegations, if Australian government military found guilty, should Afghans be financially compensated.

Australia’s soldiers served in Indonesia Timor, and never had allegations laid against them for any atrocities in Indonesia. Australia very close neighbour Indonesia which has a population of about 250 million, and Indonesia Timor just hop step and a jump from Australia a lot different to stone age afghans . Australian population less than 30,000 so the government must be very happy there was no bad allegations ever raised, as Indonesia has an Air Force and Navy. The coalition train Afghan military is composed mostly of men who prefer not to die, and can accept life under the Taliban.

If Australian voters want their daughters and sons to be the worlds police, then they must let them finish their work and not force them to quit halfway through the job.

 

With an unstoppable march of the Taliban now, will maybe allow the commonest superpower of red China CCP party to enter mineral rich Afghanistan. So many minerals Afghanistan has, all the same minerals that Australia exports to China. China is having a trade war with Australia’s big best mate US and China maybe will diversify and finance the Afghanistan Government. China maybe will get all access to the coal and gold, iron ore, natural gas, everything that the Australians export to China. These Australian exports are keeping Australia out of the world’s many problems, if this happens Australia not only loses another war but loses its trade advantage to the Chinese, the belt and road go straight through Pakistan which is the neighbour of Afghanistan. Now Australian soldiers has left will the Communist Chinese government want mineral rich Afghanistan.

 

Australian forces only doing their job as most Australian females and males voted for both Governments that were involved in sending soldiers during the last 20 years to Afghanistan. Most Australian citizens voted for these 2 governments that sent professional career choice females and male Australian soldiers to police Afghanistan citizens. Australian governments and bureaucrats involved in this type of business used citizens taxpayers money to pay and transport career choice female-male soldiers that were only doing their job in the Middle East. Soldiers sent there because a few terrorist were able to break the defences in the greatest military superpower in the world, wow how did they pull this off so easy 9/11.

Who trained these soldiers to be bloodthirsty if that is the case, or are these heroes being sold out as scapegoats? But it sounds like it’s been open season on poor third world farmers, surely no murders but many have been confirmed. Old wise saying the stupid criminals are the only ones that get caught and go to. Allegations against 25 Australian soldiers amazing some still serving many years after in the Government controlled military. 350 different witnesses but sounds like a slap on the hand for some soldiers who will be stripped of their medals. In third world country Afghans and their mates Pakistan missing poor farmers boys don’t count for much. But the stories go on US Marine allegations revealed Aussie special forces killed a prisoner next to a US evacuating helicopter. Australian citizens and many past Australian legend heroes was involved in WW1, WW2, the North Korean conflict and Vietnam etc, many return soldiers are oppose to militarism. And believe that National Service should not involve conscription for foreign wars. But understand if the government want to have wars and Australian military is a chosen career path into the military, they get paid then let them have their wars, just don’t bring their war back to Australian shores.

 

Australian citizens taxes fund this war will say Aussies are the best US allies and this was a good war, others think Aussies are US best bootleggers for wasting taxpayers money waste of wars. Was it just fantasy in Afghanistan fighting a good war like the previous Russians were told when they invaded Afghanistan and had their arses kicked out too.

US and allies declared to invade Afghanistan because Osama bin Laden living in Afghanistan was accused of the mastermind 9/11. Then as the war went on Australians were told Afghanistan females were good and many males very bad because they forced their wives to wear veils. And in a nearby country they were hiding weapons of mass destruction, so these wars in the Middle east were wars worth sending their Australian sons to fight in but they certainly cannot be Australian legends because they lost.

 

Even the greatest famous WW2 Commando hero Lawrence of Arabia served in the Middle East, protected his skin and covered his face from the stinking hot carcinogenic UV rays, and painful sand blasting at his skin during desert storms. The dry heat and desert storms sting your skin, in poor third world countries like Afghanistan they can’t afford 30 UV protection creams, and expensive western female skin lotions like they do in wealthy countries, and no latest designer eye protection UV sunglasses. Many middle eastern women are poor but still love their white complexion, and want to take care of their skin and protect themselves with very cheap vales. Australians cannot expect the wives of poor Afghanistan farmers to have the same freedom to be able to live in a lucky country as Aussies do. Able to wear g strings and able to be top-less amongst the hot sand dunes of beaches of their Country. As people have a high chance of getting skin cancer, Australians have free hospital services to treat UV sun exposure and skin cancer for free. Clinics to treat skin that have aged 20 years premature from sun loving Aussie culture.

 

It will take a long time to get to the bottom of this as the winning side usually write the history books on the virtue of both sides government armies intervention in their wars. But as the enemy now has virtually taken back most of the state that the Australian military was assigned to, people will think is there a winner? No doubt there will be two different versions of history books. Both sides will say they are the winners, possibly have a conflict of interest. As all countries are the same around the world, and think they are better then other countries brainwashing patriotism the quality of patriotic devotion and blind support for one’s country. Australian tax payers money was invested in Afghanistan, let’s hope there is some benefit and the old Australian legends are not rolling in their graves.
